Think Riverbanks Zoo and Gardens in Columbia is just about the animals? Think again! From obstacle courses to beautiful flowers, the zoo offers plenty of other activities in addition to animals galore.For example, the zoo added the Sky-High Safari, a 44-foot ropes course with 30 obstacles to challenge every member of the family. You can get a giraffe’s eye view of the park and climb like a siamang. A siamang, by the way, is a Southeast Asia gibbon and a member of the ape family. Don’t worry, they provide harnesses to keep you aloft.
